Premium features require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. For subscription cancellations, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload to Partycipate, including but not limited to images, music, text, and other media. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content or have obtained proper licensing
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright law
• You assume full liability for any claims arising from your uploaded content

Partycipate is not responsible for any copyright, licensing, or rights violations related to user-uploaded content. Users are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses for any music, images, or other media used on their invitations. Partycipate reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.
